14.2 Interconnections between the Ten Principles#
The ten principles of the FPOS provide a unified framework to ensure official statistics are accurate, impartial, relevant, and accessible to users. These principles are interconnected and guide the ethical production of high-quality, trustworthy data that meets users’ needs. A detailed mapping could establish that each principle is interwoven with many other principles. Box 1 highlights some of the most direct connections for each principle.
